This policy describes how Amante handles your data, in compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian data protection law) and the GDPR.

What we collect

• Account: username (chosen by you), email and the chat preferences you set during signup.
• Conversations: the messages exchanged with characters, used only to keep your conversations going.
• Technical: language, country and approximate city (via IP), used to personalise the service.

What we do NOT collect

• Documents, national IDs or phone numbers.
• Banking data — PIX payments are handled entirely by the licensed payment provider.

How we use it

Your data is used exclusively to run the service: keeping your conversations, processing credits and sending account-related communication. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the profile page. Deletion permanently erases your conversations and personal data (name, email, preferences). Financial records are kept only as long as legally required.

Cookies

We use a single functional cookie to keep your session, plus a language preference. No third-party tracking cookies.
