Credit purchases can be cancelled within 7 calendar days of payment, with a full refund, as long as the credits from that purchase have not been used.
Credits already spent on messages or unlocks correspond to a service actually delivered and are non-refundable. Remaining credits from a partially used purchase can be refunded proportionally within the 7-day window.
If a message fails due to an error on our side, the credit is refunded automatically and instantly — this already happens inside the app.
